Privacy
The short version: we ask for the minimum, we don't share it, you can delete it.
What we collect, and why
Only what we need to make the site work and to measure who’s adopting the brand:
- If you sign in (partner hub):your name, email and where you’re using B&D Moves (school, provider, council, etc.). Used to give you access to brand assets and to count how the brand is spreading, that’s it.
- If you click a download: we log the date and which file. Helps us see which assets are actually useful.
- If you use the AI helper:the prompt you type is sent to Anthropic to generate the copy. We don’t store the prompt content, just a count for rate-limiting.
- If you accept cookies: Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they go to. No advertising, no profile-building, no sale of data.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data, ever.
- We don’t advertise to you.
- We don’t share your email with third parties.
- We don’t profile you based on what you read on the site.
Who runs the site
B&D Moves is delivered by the PIPP (Place Partnership Project) for Barking & Dagenham, in partnership with Goodthing. The data controller is PIPP. Contact hello@banddmoves.co.uk for any questions.
Where your data lives
Signed-in user records live in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the EU. Email magic-link delivery goes via Resend (servers in the EU). Hosting is on Vercel. Analytics, if you accept, go to Google Analytics 4. All connections use HTTPS.
How long we keep it
- Account info: for as long as you have an account, plus 12 months.
- Download log: 24 months from the event.
- AI helper usage counters: 12 months.
- Analytics: as long as Google retains it (default 14 months).
